Who we are?

Natuurgroepering Zoniënwoud vzw (NGZ) certainly lives up to his name! The Soignes Forest, the largest beech forest in Flanders, is their scope.
An association of nature guides, NGZ has evolved into an association of nature-conservation with the participation of enthusiastic naturalists.

 

Its main activity is the accompaniment of nature walks.

 

Throughout the year, upon reservation, the guides are ready to guide you for a nature walk or nature/culture walk. The theme, location and duration of the walk is determined by the applicant.
On the other hand, NGZ organizes “walks open to all” which everyone is invited to participate freely, the second Sunday of each month and also often on Thursday…always to discover another part of the Soignes Forest.
